Medical disclaimer

Softness check-ins and content are for personal reflection and general wellness only. They cannot diagnose depression, anxiety, or any medical or mental health condition.
What Softness is not
- Not a doctor, therapist, or clinic
- Not a diagnostic tool
- Not emergency services
- Not a replacement for medication, therapy, or clinical assessment
Screening questions
Our stress and mood check-ins are brief, adapted from commonly used screening-style questions (e.g. GAD-7 / PHQ-2 style). Scores are simplified into plain-language bands for reflection. An elevated score does not mean you have a diagnosis; a low score does not mean you are “fine” if you feel unwell. Always use clinical judgment from a qualified professional.
